Here’s one from Sporty’s: simple but potential life-saving. All those toggle switches in cockpits which look alike – well they no longer need to look alike.
These ‘Toggle Switch Covers’ – brightly coloured in red, green and blue, plus black and white – are, Sporty’s says, “perfect for new airplanes, including Garmin G1000 equipped aircraft, and can also be used to replace cracked or lost toggle switch covers in older airplanes.”
So if you find it difficult to tell your pitot heater from your fuel pump, this could be the answer.
