Coronavirus - BMAA update

Geoff Weighell, Chief Executive of the British Microlight Aircraft Association (BMAA) has issued this update to members.

“Following the guidance from the Government most of the BMAA office staff will be working from home from 18 March until further notice.

We have systems in place that will allow us to continue to work almost as normal and so routine tasks such as membership renewal, Permit to Fly revalidation and general enquiries should be unaffected.

Aaron Bliss will be manning the office for NPPL matters and to sort post on most days.

If you would like to get in touch with any particular member of staff please email the BMAA with particulars of who you would like to speak with and a contact telephone number so they can call you back during normal office hours. Your email will be forwarded to the right person.

We are doing our best to carry on as closely as we can to a normal service and appreciate your understanding.

Keep well and safe and looking forward to those summer and autumn days of microlight flying still to come.”
