Flightplanning app RocketRoute has a new, more user-friendly interface to create and edit flightplans.
RocketRoute says its Visual Route Editor gives a visual preview of the route string, enabling greater efficiency and faster flight planning.
“Choose between a text string or visual objects via the intuitive Quick File screen. The flight plan is now more interactive – a user can select any section of the route and view a menu for further actions.”
Visual Route Editor introduces the ability to illustrate the route as a sequence of interactive colour coded objects. Users can tap on those objects to perform additional actions. Smart sorting and filtering provide logical suggestions, speeding up editing and reducing mistakes, it claims.
