The Red Arrows cancelled a display on Sunday 24th August at Elvington After four infringements of the TRA that had been established. Two of the aircraft concerned were contacted by radio, but the two others thought to be a microlight and a glider could not be contacted.
A statement on the Red Arrows website said that emergency avoiding action was necessary to avoid the microlight.
Another display is planned at Elvington for Monday 25th August.
