Murray and Bodill: in Antarctica

The Polar First team is celebrating a milestone of sorts – on New Year’s Eve came confirmation that Jennifer Murray, Colin Bodill and their Bell 407 helicopter had made it to Antarctica as part of their record attempt to fly round the world via both Poles.

Since then, the team has been stuck on at the ‘south’ tip of Antarctica, awaiting a weather window which will allow them to continue.
