The Light Aircraft Association (LAA) has decided to cancel the 75th Anniversary Mini-Tour due to have started on Monday, 5 July.
Neil Wilson, organiser of the tour, told FLYER, “Unfortunately due to the inclement weather forecast next week, it has been decided to cancel the LAA 75th Anniversary Tour of England.
“Although very disappointing this we hope gives tourers and supporters time to cancel any bookings made.
“If you happen to know of any others who are not LAA members but were thinking of perhaps joining us for a day, please can you let them know.
“We plan to have a tour of the UK/Scotland next year.”
