Breezer LSA receives EASA certificate

Breezer B600 LSA

The German Breezer B600 light sport aircraft has received its EASA Restricted Type Certificate (RTC).

The Breezer B600 is available with two levels of equipment: the fully loaded Elegance with a Dynon glass cockpit and a list price of 123,800 euro, or the more basic Attraction, which is aimed at flight schools at 98,800 euro. Both aircraft are all-metal construction and are powered by a 100hp Rotax 912 ULS engine.

The Breezer is actually a 13-year-old design, originally built for the US Light Sport Aircraft (LSA) category. Cruise speed is 103 to 118 knots, with fuel burn between 13 to 22 litres per hour depending on the speed. It’s completely built in the German company’s factory. Absolute Aviation is the UK and Ireland distributor of the Breezer LSA.

FLYER reviewed the Breezer in the June 2011 issue.
