Plymouth City Airport has launched the Plymouth Flying Centre which combines hangarage in the old GAMMA hangar with facilities in the terminal building. Airport management is keen to attract more visiting and resident GA .
Airport director Terry Linge says ‘Plymouth Flying Centre extends a warm welcome to all private fliers and our new secure hangarage facilities, together with recent terminal improvements, mean we can offer an even better package to visiting and resident aircraft.’ Terry tells Flyer he would like to see a thriving flying club on the airfield. Landing fees for under 1,000kg are 8.81 including vat with free parking on the grass all day.
